Events are the unit of measure for tracking GlitchTip usage. An organization's maximum number of events per month is determined by its subscription type. Events measure four GlitchTip features: Issues (each occurrence of an error reported), Uptime (each status check of your app), Performance (each transaction report for tracked activity), and Releases (each megabyte of release file storage).

Our Free plan is free forever with up to 1,000 events per month. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

After your quota is full, we throttle by 10%. We increase this gradually until at 2x the quota we block fully. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your limit.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately.

Yes, we offer hosting in both the US and EU (Germany). All plans are available on our EU instance for data sovereignty requirements.
